sba999 reserves the right to refuse registration or close any Account at any time if the Company has reason to believe that any of the above eligibility conditions are not or are no longer satisfied. The Company is not liable for any losses resulting from the closure of an Account found to be ineligible.

4. Account Registration

4.1 Registration Process

To access sba999's full range of services, you must register for an Account by providing your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification, a valid and active email address, a mobile phone number registered in Indonesia, a date of birth, and your residential address. All information provided during registration must be accurate and complete. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

4.2 One Account Per Player

Each Player is permitted to maintain one Account only on the sba999 Platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or via different email addresses or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are discovered, sba999 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, consolidate balances at its discretion, and withhold any bonuses or winnings associated with the duplicate accounts.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. sba999 strongly recommends enabling 2FA, using a strong unique password not used on any other platform, and never sharing your login credentials with any third party. Any activity occurring under your Account credentials is your sole responsibility, regardless of whether it was authorized by you or not. 4.4 KYC Verification

Before sba999 processes any withdrawal request, the Player must complete the Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process by submitting a clear photograph of a valid government-issued photo identification document (e.g., Indonesian KTP — Kartu Tanda Penduduk), a recent proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days), and a live selfie holding the submitted ID document. sba999 may at its discretion request additional documentation for enhanced due diligence purposes. 5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

5.2 Withdrawals

5.3 Currency and Fees

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the sba999 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of Account balance, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one Account on the Platform under any identity, device, or network.
